Tax & Advisory Services is run by Nevada local Lisa Bagley. Ms. Bagley’s experience includes over eighteen years of experience in the accounting profession, including business valuation, forensic accounting, litigation related experience, tax preparation, and financial statement preparation. Ms. Bagley’s focus is on business valuations, forensic accounting, and marital dissolution analyses. Her experience includes valuations for divorce, gifting and estate planning, purchase planning, and business disputes. Ms. Bagley worked for several years in a large Reno, Nevada based Certified Public Accounting firm where she worked in the fields of audit, tax and financial statement preparation. She supervised the audits and accounting activities for a variety of businesses including various construction and medical establishments.

Lisa Bagley’s experience includes over eighteen years in the accounting profession, including business valuation, forensic accounting, litigation related experience, tax preparation, and financial statement preparation. Ms. Bagley’s business valuation experience includes valuations for divorce, gifting and estate planning, purchase planning, and business disputes. Ms. Bagley worked for several years in a large Reno, Nevada based Certified Public Accounting firm where she worked in the fields of audit, tax, and financial statement preparation. She supervised the accounting activities for a variety of businesses including various construction and medical establishments.
Ms. Bagley’s familiarity with many different accounting systems provides a unique ability to understand and work through tax, forensic and business valuation issues. Ms. Bagley is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), which is a national certification in the field of business valuation. Lisa has been qualified as an expert witness for business valuation issues and has assisted many clients in settlement negotiations for their marital dissolution.
Ms. Bagley is an alumni of University of Nevada, Reno and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Computer Information Systems with a minor in Economics.
Ms. Bagley is a native Nevadan. She grew up in Sparks with her parents and two younger sisters, who all still live in the Reno/Sparks area. Ms. Bagley is married with two children, a dog, and two cats. Her hobbies include reading, hunting, fishing, and hiking.
