Ms. Bagley’s experience includes over sixteen years of experience in the accounting profession, including business valuation, forensic accounting, litigation related experience, tax preparation, and financial statement preparation. Ms. Bagley’s focus is on business valuations, forensic accounting, and marital dissolution analyses. Her experience includes valuations for divorce, gifting and estate planning, purchase planning, and business disputes. Ms. Bagley worked for several years in a large Reno, Nevada based Certified Public Accounting firm where she worked in the fields of audit, tax and financial statement preparation. She supervised the audits and accounting activities for a variety of businesses including various construction and medical establishments.
Her familiarity with many different accounting systems provides a unique ability to understand and work through forensic and business valuation issues. Ms. Bagley is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), which is a national certification in the field of business valuation. Lisa has been qualified as an expert witness for business valuation issues.
